Your privacy policy, terms and cookie banner, written in minutes.
Tick what your site does and the tools it uses. Noticewright writes a plain-English privacy policy, terms of service and cookie policy that name your actual services (Stripe, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and 36 more), with GDPR, UK and US state sections when you need them, plus a cookie consent banner with Google Consent Mode v2. It runs in your browser. The privacy policy is free.

Cookie consent banner Pro
A small script you host yourself (no third-party calls, no monthly page-view limits). It shows Accept all / Reject non-essential / Settings, keeps tagged analytics and marketing scripts blocked until consent, sets Google Consent Mode v2 to denied by default and updates it, honors Global Privacy Control, and reopens from any "Cookie settings" link.

FAQ
Is this legal advice?
No. Noticewright gives you plain-English templates built from your answers. They are a solid starting point, but every business is different: have a lawyer review them if you handle sensitive data, sell to children, or operate in a regulated industry like health or finance.
Will this make my site GDPR or CCPA compliant?
A policy is one part of compliance; the rest is what you actually do with data. Noticewright describes your answers accurately, adds the rights sections for the regions you choose, and the banner helps you ask for consent before analytics and ads run. Keep the answers true and update them when your tools change.
Where do I put the policies?
Paste the HTML into a page on your site (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Squarespace and Wix all accept HTML), or download the ready page and upload it. Link to them from your footer and your sign-up or checkout forms.
How does the banner block scripts?
Change each optional tag from type="text/javascript" to type="text/plain" with data-consent="analytics" or "marketing". The banner only runs them after the visitor agrees, and Google tags read the Consent Mode signals it sets.
Are my answers uploaded?
No. Everything is generated in your browser and your answers are saved only in this browser.
